My purpose with this event and beyond:
To further the paradigm of conscious business from the heart.

My functional area within the CCEC2019 organizing team:
I am the Appreciation Muse, loving everybody’s amazing stories and contributions to this special event and its powerful game-changing impact.

My goals in supporting this event:

• to host 300 or more people, coming together at the CCEC2019
• to share the power of appreciation in business relations
• to inspire people to see their own very special potential and contribution
• to encourage people to see how purpose and profit come together as a great combination

Fun Fact:
I do Dancing Tango, an amazing way to communicate with people from all different cultures and to surf synchronicities with increasing frequency and pleasure.

Discovery of Conscious Capitalism:
Five years ago, a wonderful coaching colleague gave me the tip to read Conscious Capitalism. Since that time, I have had the vision of launching a European conference here in Berlin with John Mackey speaking.

The most exciting moment with Conscious Capitalism:
Every day anew: by sharing about CC, I meet amazing people who are taking action to be the change they want to see in the world.
